There was a boy in the town
that didn't like the wise man
and decided to trick him.

So he caught a small blue bird and cupping it in is hands so only the tail feathers could be seen, he took it to the wise man.

 "Is this bird alive or dead", he asked. 

If the wise man answered the bird was alive, the young boy planned to give it a quick squeeze and open his hands to show the bird was dead.

If the wise man answered the bird was dead, he would open his hands and let the bird fly away.

So no matter what the wise man said,
he would be wrong.

"Is this bird alive or dead?", he asked.

The wise man, looking not at the boy's hand but in his eyes answered, "It is whatever you want it to be!"

Likewise, your life is whatever you want it to be!

 It is your greatest blessing from God, and whatever you do with your life, is your greatest gift to God!

Change the things you can; love the things you can't and value each and every moment!
